Welcome to Ensign Boxers my name is Annette Clark.

Ensign Boxer’s, was the former Denbar Boxer Utah Division established in 1993.   In 2004 my mentor Bill Hargreaves, Denbar Boxers in Colorado announced he had received his judging license. I decided it might be time to start my own Kennel name after nine years of showing and breeding under the Denbar name, since I was originally only going to do one litter of puppies!  Our foundation Boxer just spoiled us, she produced some great puppies that got us hooked into showing.

 “Nikka” Denbar’s Highway Robbery ,DOM, produced six champions and  has 8 Grandkids to date that are Champions. She came into our lives just before Christmas and left us 10 years later just before Christmas. What a gift she has been and the legacy that she has left us with.

In April of 2004 I had a promising litter on the ground sired by Ch. Encore’s Atticus A-Braxx-Us ,SOM and “ Cali ” Denbar’s Millennial Dream Girl, DOM.  I registered this litter as the first to go by the new name of Ensign Boxers. This great litter had already produced Ensign’s first Champions.  My new Kennel name was chosen from the name of the Mountain that I live on Ensign Peak in Salt Lake City , Utah .  My husband Scott suggested it and it sounded right.
